Personal Savings Account

Having a specific account in which you can deposit funds for your future needs helps make savings easy! You can even set up auto-transfer to your Personal Savings Account – monthly or every payday! You choose how often and how much.

Easy Save Savings Account

Comes with a more competitive interest rate than other savings accounts and requires an auto-transfer of a minimum of $10 per month from your Callaway Bank checking account into your Easy Save Savings Account.

Money Market Account

Money Market Account is similar to a savings account but with a little more flexibility. Money Market Accounts for business and personal savings needs typically earn more interest than Savings Accounts and funds can be used from the account. These accounts typically require a larger deposit amount to open that other types of savings solutions.

Our Advantage Money Market Account is an outstanding option for emergency funds. They allow you to keep a larger amount set aside, but it is quickly available when needed. 

CDs (Certificate of Deposit)

CDs are another savings option that can help you earn more in interest than a typical savings account. There are various types of CDs, but in general, the way a CD works is a person agrees to deposit an amount of money for a specific amount of time. An example would be you could open a CD for $5,000 for a 12-month term. Because you agree to keep in the bank for that period the bank agrees to pay you a higher interest rate.

Long and short-term CDs both earn a higher rate than a typical savings account. Maximize earnings by combining your choice of time commitment (long or short-term) and deposit amount. And, with our Add On-CDs add funds to your CD during its term to help you reach your savings and financial goals even faster.

For those looking to safeguard deposits exceeding the standard $250,000 FDIC insurance limit, The Callaway Bank offers extended FDIC coverage through the IntraFi network. This service allows customers to access multi-million-dollar deposit insurance while maintaining a single banking relationship. Funds are divided into amounts under the standard FDIC insurance maximum and placed in demand deposit, money market, or CD accounts at IntraFi networked banks, ensuring full coverage. Despite being distributed among multiple institutions, customers continue to earn interest and have access to their funds as they would with traditional accounts. Additionally, this approach supports local lending opportunities, as the total dollar amount remains within the community.

What is The Callaway Bank’s Routing Number?
The bank’s routing number is: 081501696. The routing number, or ABA routing number, is a unique 9-digit number used in the United States to identify a bank.  It allows banks to transfer funds via wires, ACH (Automated Clearing House), and other methods to each another.  This number along with your account number is needed when setting up direct deposit.  It is always the first set of numbers on the bottom left side of a check.
How do I transfer funds between accounts?

How do I order checks?
Reorder checks online, contact the Customer Care Team, Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 1:00 a.m.; Saturday 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., or drop off your check reorder slip (located on the top of your book of checks) at any bank lobby location. If you have never ordered checks, please contact us and we’ll get you taken care of!
Can I increase the limit on my debit card?
Please get in touch with our Customer Care Team at 800-446-2265, Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., for assistance.
How do I dispute a charge on my account?
Call 800-446-2265 and our Customer Care Team will be happy to help you dispute your fraudulent activity. They are open Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. – 1:00 a.m.; Saturdays 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. You can also visit any lobby, and we will walk you through the process of disputing fraudulent activity.
How do I place a stop on a check?
Call 800-446-2265 or stop by any bank lobby location. If you need to stop a check payment you will need to know the following information:
  • Amount on the check
  • Date on the check
  • Number of the check
  • Who the check was made out to
What should I do if I can’t remember my PIN for my debit card?
To reset your PIN, call the automated system at 877-965-3344 or update your PIN using Digital Banking (online or mobile). Step-by-step instructions are available HERE.
What should I do if I have lost my debit card?
You can shut your debit card off by using online and mobile banking, click here for step-by-step instructions. You can also contact our Customer Care Team at 573-642-3322, 573-447-1771, or 800-446-2265 or visit your nearest bank lobby to close the lost debit card. For after-hours lost or stolen debit cards, call 844-202-5333 so that your card can be canceled to avoid any fraudulent charges.
